Retro designers’ in Osaka Chuo

Good evening every body.

Today, again, my boss was completely right: you are going to love this, Lidia.

I saw some pictures of this building, took the camera and run to get the car. The well-loved old European style is back.

It may look like a gangsters movie at first. That is an interior stylist’s well done job! From the varnish colour to the lamps, to the smell of the building. My grandad had a country house surrounded by grape fields to make wine. That smell.

The building is from 1968, but it was renovated in 2004 by someone who loved Europe and the beautiful British washbasins with one tap for the hot water and one tap for cold water.

Let us go inside room No. 42:

A tiled kitchen using real tiles and a washbasin of pure ceramic. How was I missing real materials!

the ironworks made me even more nostalgic.

The main window is as wide as the widest wall in the room. The bath also uses real tiles, and the room has a separated dressing room with a back iron pipe hanger.

Who wouldn’t want to live here?

Let me show you a couple of pictures to keep making you addict to this room.

This wonder, which can also be used as an office (SOHO OK!) features – air conditioning, lamps, gas kitchen, tiled bathroom, interior washing machine pan and dryer.

The size is 54.18 m2 and the price is 161000 yen per month.

It does have no deposit, but the key money is 2 months.

If you want to see this wonder, please give us a call any time to 06-6120-1177.  We are Apamanshop Shinsaibashi-Nishi!
