Zeque Namba Nishi


 I haven’t shown you houses from the -que series recently.  What a waste! There are currently 3 rooms available in the incredible Zeque Namba Nishi

This is a picture of the model room on the 9th floor. 

All rooms include a loft, and they are located by the river (see map) which divides Minami Horie and Saiwaicho (West of Namba).

The rooms are basically one large single room with a loft. There are two sizes: 34.53 m2 (Balcony to the East) and 18.36 m2 (balcony towards the North).

Let me remind you all the advantages of living in a Zeque series apartment: You live in a pretty new house (built Dec. 2008) in the center of Osaka city, by the trendiest area of Horie and the new developing area of Sakuragawa, which station is just 1 minute away from your door. To go to Namba, though, it is not necessary to use the train, because it is just 11 min walk to Yotsubashi, OCAT and Namba Hatch and its wonderful Riverside cafes and restaurants.

The designers really made this area a more beautiful place thanks to this amazing building.

Fiber optic internet, 2 gas stove system kitchen, which can be island-type or counter-type. Of course, air conditioning, and something that I am really missing this winter: floor heating.

A 24 assistance and security system equipped with 4 cameras, a shoe box and a space for the washing-machine.

A car park within the building can also be rented, prices depending on the size of the vehicle.

What is the best thing about this amazing structure? That it is a double zero property, this is, no key money and no deposit when you move in. To sum up, the rent is:

  •  71000 to 75000 yen depending on the height for the 18.36 m2 rooms.
  • 104000 yen for the 34.53 m2 room, but I am afraid that at this very moment (January 6th) it is not available.

Porte-bonheur


Voila la chambre qui porte le bonheur. Et bien emporté, parce qu’elle se trouve entre les gares de Shinsabashi et Nagahoribashi. Au millieu des restaurants les plus “oshare” autour du Shinsabashi shotengai et l’avenue de Sakaisuji. Mais la charme de cette chambre n’est pas son nom, mais le “double zero”. Pas de reikin (apport initial) et pas de shikikin (garantie).

Voici le plan

Sans doute, un lieu privilégié pour habiter à Osaka. C’est assez prés du super marché Kohyo, super marché Gourmet Town, du McDonalds, Eat.co, le shotengai qui traverse jusqu’au Shinsaibashi shotengai et l’avenue Sakaisuji, avec plein de restaurants, cafés et magasins. Aussi la vie nocturne dans cet endroit est trés vivant: karaokes, clubs, bars, tout ouverte toute la nuit.

Mais sans doute, le Yamaya, ou on peut trouver ce qu’il faut pour faire quelques fois la cuisine typique de notre pays. Pour trouver des beverages européens, allez aussi au Yamaya.

La cuisine est un “system kitchen”, pas la kitchenette qu’on trouve aux lógements pour étudiants et célibateurs.  Laissez-moi vous montrer les photos:

Le prix depends de la chambre. Maintenant, la chambre qu’on peut voir c’est cela ici:

1K de 27.31 m2  pour 80000/mois. Et c’est tout, pas de “key money” et pas de garantie.

Bien sûr qu’il faut une caution, mais dependant de votre travail, il est possible de payer une agénce pour ça si on n’a pas de famille ou d’amis japonaises qui veuent le faire.

Pour voir cette maison et aussi tout les autres (essentiellement, toutes et chaque une des maisons à Osaka), il faut pas que nous envoyer un e-mail, ou bien venir nous visiter a Shinsaibashi. On se trouve ici, juste à côté de Shinsaibashi, la Human Academy, Marc Jacobs, et Americamura.

Thank you for your visits and your emails. I am glad that you are liking the designers mansions! Today, again, one of my favourite places in Japan: American village in Osaka, where Yotsubashi and Shinsaibashi meet, highest No. of live clubs per m2 in Osaka, I dare say.

There are currently 4 rooms available in this building, the 2nd and 3rd floor. The building is a bit old, but worth living in if you want to pay less for living in the very centre, forget about taxis and trains and just enjoy your life in Japan.

The location cannot be better, have a look at the map and walk around Amemura 🙂

Reunir Yuu


No guarantor needed for this large 1DK house in Den Den Town.

Usually, to move into a Japanese property you need a guarantor. The guarantor must be a Japanese person. In the best places, like really new houses in great locations, you also need a guarantor company (because many guarantors did breech their contracts during the crisis, and the landlords need some more guarantee for their properties).

Usually our foreign customers do not have a Japanese person who act as a guarantor for the rent. In those cases we use a guarantor company if the landlord agrees.

This is the case of Reunir Yuu. A fantastic property located a few minutes’ walk from Ebisucho station.

The room available at this moment is a 1LDK type of 40.14 m2 on the 6th floor.

Kitahama Console


Another splendid room today in the North part of Osaka.  Just 3 min walk to Kitahama station, Keihan and Sakaisuji lines.

I was just told today that a room has been open in this building and I wanted to show it to you. This 1LDK is so special because you get nothing less than 67.91 ㎡ !

Gato DM Saiwaicho (Double Zero!)


Saiwaicho means “the village of happiness”. It is a beautiful area between Minami Horie and Sakuragawa, by the river between Nanba and Shinsaibashi. To give you an idea, only 5 minutes to Sakuragawa station (Sennichimae line) and 8 minutes to Nishinagahori station (Nagahori-Tsurumi-Ryokuchi line).
